Induction information for staff

All staff, whether new to or transferring within the University should receive and understand health and safety information as part of the general induction into their role or location.

This should cover

  • University information for all new staff - this is given via the short mandatory e-learning course, THS1E delivered online
  • relevant local information, given by the line manager/supervisor, and
  • information from local safety advisor(s).
