Biological/GM laboratory management

Laboratories handling biological material (including GMOs) are required to

Describe their health and safety arrangements and ensure these are followed,
Carry out self inspections
Correctly select, maintain, and operate equipment

HSE guidance on the Management and operation of microbiological containment laboratories is available to follow.

Work in Containment Level 3 Laboratories must be strictly regulated.
